It worked well on the smaller portion of a cucumber, and will probably work better on a Banana. I believe it would work better a firmer cucumber tan what I had.

package was delivered on time.my kids loves the tool to cut bananas and other stuff like vegetables. Will recommend it but with supervison of an adult due that it sharp.

Wow, when I ordered this, tool, I thught it might be a waste of money but boy was I wrong. I was using a spoon, knife, whatever, to slice bananas. This little tool is so quick and easy to use. It slices in matter of a second. I am plesantly surprised and happy I purchased this. Hope it last a long, long time. I am thinking of buy another one for back up.
